How to Apply for Help
Application forms can be downloaded from this site, or you may request one from the DNSF Liaison Office at 1.800.340.2671. DNSF scholarships are given annually. Applications are due by April 1 for the following school year.
In addition to a completed application form, applicants must submit their written testimony, their parents' latest 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ tax form (or its equivalent if the applicant resides in another country), and three recommendations. Further details about these application items are located on the back of the application form.
